Marine Corp Fitness Training meets 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, for 4 weeks. The workouts start out at a lower intensity, and over the course of 4 weeks the intensity gradually increases. The workouts are different every day. There are circuit workouts, strength workouts, sand workouts, and hill workouts. New workouts are continuously being developed to keep things fresh. Marine Corp Fitness Training is $50 and you might quality for one of our discounts.

Recruit Training


Once recruits complete Marine Corp Fitness training they are eligible for our Marine Corp Officers School (MCOS). Unlike other programs, Marine Corp Fitness doesn't have a "maintenance" program. We believe fitness is a continuing process. MCOS continues your Basic Training experience, but bumps it up a notch. MCOSS continues to challenge you, continues to work you harder than you've ever worked before. You will reach your goals and then set the bar higher by advancing through the ranks of the MCOSS sessions are also four weeks in length. MCOSS cadets are expected to attend a minimum of 3 days per week but are encouraged to attend all 5 days as often as possible.

 

 
     

MARINE CORP FITNESS DUATHLON TRAINING PROGRAM
Bulldog has once again partnered with CARA to provide the most comprehensive Marathon Training Program in the city. This proven program has helped dozens of runners, from novice to skilled, log in personal bests at numerous New York area Duathlons, Bikeathons and Marathons the past two years.

Thinking about running the New York city Marathon next November? Believe it or not, now's the time to start your training! Once again this year, we are teaming up with New York Road Runners Club
for the Marine Corp Training Marathon Training Program. You are already getting yourself in great shape with Marine Corp Fitness Team--the last thing you want to do is STOP your overall workout so that you can train for the marathon. Instead, get the best of both by combining your training!

Current Marine Corp Fitness clients get a great deal: join the Marine Corp Fitness marathon training program for the alumni rate ($70 per week, members, $80 for non-MCT members)!! This is a big savings over the normal MCFT marathon training program rates

But if you want to find out more about what you get for this fee, call me at (718) 798-2452. The program plan is for you to continue your Marine Corp Fitness workouts on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and then add your marathon training runs on Wednesday and Saturday. This way, you are getting your miles in, but still maintaining the overall strength and stamina that Marine Corp Fitness provides.

In the fall, when your miles really go up, you can add a day of rest on one of the workout days if you feel you need it. On Wednesdays, a training run will start at Memoprial Field at the Mount Vernon, New York class location. You run with the marathon training group (but at your own pace) for a specified distance.
